Guest Wi-Fi access terms and conditions
· UK Coaching, UK Coaching Solutions and 1st4sport (“we”) are providing this service.
· Wi-Fi is available only if the building is open. We do not guarantee availability or speed.
· We are not under any obligation to provide this service nor are we liable to you (or any third party) if our Wi-Fi is not available for use.
· We may terminate provision of service without notice and at our discretion.
· Use of our Wi-Fi service is entirely at your own risk and we will not accept any liability.
· We cannot guarantee that our Wi-Fi facility will be compatible with your device.
· Our Wi-Fi network is unsecured and your activity may be visible to others.
· It is your responsibility to provide antivirus protection for your device.
· We cannot provide technical assistance to you in relation to using our Wi-Fi service.
· Printing is not available via Wi-Fi but can be requested via Servicedesk@ukcoaching.org
· We block some web sites, you may request a review via the email above. If the site complies with our acceptable use policy, we can unblock, please do not rely on the site being available until we have confirmed this.
· We monitor use of our Wi-Fi service. As providers of an Internet service we are responsible for responding to official requests for information from the police and for complying with legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998.
Privacy
We may use the personal information you give to us when you sign on for our Wi-Fi service to:
a. Contact you for feedback to evaluate and/or develop our service
b. Provide you with information
c. Monitor the use of our service, for statistical purposes.
d. Disclose to a regulator, legal or other public body under statutory requirements
What are your responsibilities as a user of our Wi-Fi service?
· You are fully responsible for all activities and communications during your use of our service.
· You will use our Wi-Fi service in accordance with our IT code of conduct.
· You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or engage in unlawful activities.
· You will not search for pornographic, obscene, violent or racist materials.
· You will not engage in any activity through our Wi-Fi service in any way which is offensive, intended to deceive, infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, or is done with criminal or terrorist intent.
· You must not use our Wi-Fi service to send spam emails or other unsolicited advertising.
· You will indemnify us and any organisation managing and/or supporting our Wi-Fi service against all losses, damage, expenses (including legal costs and expenses), liabilities or claims arising out of you breaking any of the terms and conditions of use of our service.
